Participating knitters will receive a certificate from Glassons.
Knitters can get involved by making red and black woollen scarves that are a minimum of 1·5 m long. They are invited to take a photograph of themselves and their scarves and upload to the Glassons Facebook page .
The scarves should then be handed in to Glassons, where knitters receive their certificate.
Supporters have included Petra Bagust, Stolen Girlfriends’ Club’s Marc, Dan and Luke, Jay Reeve, George FM’s Nick Dwyer, TVNZ’s Alison Pugh, TV3′s Sacha McNeil and Hilary Barry, fashion designers Juliette Hogan, Cybèle Wiren, and Chris and Helen Cherry, New Zealand’s Next Top Model‘s Colin Mathura-Jeffree and Danielle Hayes, Jared Turner from The Almighty Johnsons, Jaime Ridge, and more....
